We are pleased to present the Kamloops Real Estate History tool, made in collaboration with our partners at Venture Kamloops.
The map is designed to be a point of reference on the Kamloops real estate market, containing the data on all real estate purchases made in the last three months with extensive amounts of information on each property, its sales history and general area data.
To start, please click on a property on the map. That will display the latest sale date and price of a given property.
From there, you can also add it to compare to another property, or click more info to open a more detailed property view on the left pane.
There is also a price filter that allows you to only view properties within a certain price range.
We are planning to add more features very soon.
